Abstract: The TCP protocol and the shortcomings of MANET application are considered in the article. Also the short review of analogs and modifications of TCP developed at other universities is provided. Algorithms and principles of the new protocol of management by data transmission in the MANET networks are given and results of their work during modeling in the environment of MatLab are presented.
