Abstract: In the paper we offer the hybrid architecture for high performance parallel computations. Based on this architecture, effective in terms of performance, implementation of LAPACK’s SSTEBZ algorithm founding eigenvalues for symmetric tridiagonal matrix has been developed. Usage of graphic processing unit as numeric coprocessor allowed to gain high performance of implementation in comparison to a standard one. Algorithm implementation described in this paper has high numeric stability.
