Abstract: Methodical and technological bases of control systems elements and devices of semi-conductor systems operation research by means of computing experiment on the basis of a method of components circuits are considered. Approaches to the decision of problems functional and schemotechnical simulation of control systems on the basis of devices of digital electronics by means of components circuits method are presented.
