Abstract: The paper describes the calculation of the point spread function (PSF) using fragments of the car license plate. The received PSF were used in the problem of image restoration using a modified iterative Lucy-Richardson algorithm. We investigate the accuracy and stability of the algorithm in the form of characteristic fragments of images.
