Description of nonlinear circuits based on X-parameters and the methods of their measurement

Abstract: In the article we describe the X-parameters and their physical content for the analysis of distortion of signals in non-linear devices. The process of obtaining of X-parameters matrix elements is described in detail. It is shown on the example.
