Optimal synthesis of microwave integrated circuits based on surrogate modeling: The state of the art

Abstract: The general algorithms of optimal synthesis of microwave integrated circuits based on the surrogate modeling are considered. The main techniques for construction of surrogate models (space mapping, linear regression, artificial neural network, etc.) are given and discussed.
