Abstract: Fuzzy models are examined as an instrument for making audit of telecommunication industries, treating information, containing tax secret. An approach for estimation the level of protection of object of informatization in territorial tax organizations is offered. Methods permitting to get high-quality and numerical estima tions of effective insuring information security in territorial tax organizations are demonstrated.
