Abstract: Relevance. Employee burnout is a common risk for IT companies. At the moment, the problem of risk management is considered either from the point of view of the influence of risk-forming factors on project parameters, or from the perspective of psychological well-being. Purpose of the study. Development of a methodology for information support of employee well-being management, taking into account the risk-forming factors of IT projects. Methods. The methodology is based on an original semantic model for managing the personal well-being of employees with consideration of professional activity risks. The subjects of this process are an employee, an HR manager, a project manager, and a psychologist. Such characteristics as stress, anxiety, depression, and burnout, including its components, are used as indicators of well-being. The analysis of the relationship between risk-forming factors and well-being characteristics is carried out using Spearman correlations. Correlations are taken into account when assessing the criticality of the impact of risk factors. Novelty. The paper proposes an original semantic network for employee information support and provides primary data on the impact of risk factors on burnout. Results. The developed methodology is the basis a software system called "Blanket". An experimental study of the system prototype was conducted on a sample of 53 employees of IT companies. A questionnaire on risk factors and testing for burnout and its individual components were conducted. The results presented include: personal burnout assessments of a system analyst and a junior backend developer, an analysis of the relationships between the criticality of risk-forming factors and the Spearman correlation coefficients of burnout components for the entire sample. Recommendations are given to reduce the impact of the criticality of risk-forming factors on burnout components. Practical significance. In the future, the practical implementation of the methodology can be used by HR managers and corporate psychologists to analyze the psychological state of employees, taking into account project risks.
