Abstract: The main idea of utility evaluation for one-phase expertise using the numerical method is explained in the article. The aforementioned method allows a quantitative assessing of the benefits which can be drawn by carrying out an investment expertise. The information obtained by using the described mathematical apparatus can be used in the decision-making process concerning evaluation of economic utility to carry out an expertise for a real investment project.
