Annotation: The article provides a description of the methods, allowing to fit the time series of the vegetation index NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) for a spatial resolution of 250 m and daily measurements. This problem occurs when it is necessary to analyze the dynamics of the vegetation index to solve specific problems of agriculture and forestry, and could be useful for the Ministry of emergency situations, etc. The method is based on correction values of the vegetation index, depending on the parameters cloud mask and the values of temperature. The processing of real data obtained by satellite measurements near the city of Tomsk is described.
