Abstract: The paper studies the complex permittivity of composite materials based on carbon nanostructures (CNS) in a polymer binder. On the concentration dependence of the permittivity in the microwave range, the percolation threshold is shown and in the material appears through-conduction. The values of electrical conductivity are calculated. The study shows the effect of varying concentrations of fillers on the complex permittivity of the composite.
