A nanosecond resolution TV measuring system

Abstract: The article describes a model of transfer function of optoelectronic measuring system based on high speed camera with a nanosecond electronic shutter. The observed non-linearity is due to the architecture of the system CMOS image sensor receiver. The experimental data allow to introduce this camera calibration scale with an accuracy of 2%, the brightness of the pixels linking the registered image and the brightness temperature corresponding to thermal radiation standard lamp.
