Abstract: The software complex for simulation of thermokarst lake fields is described. It consists of the following main components: simulation subsystem, display subsystem of simulation results and database. Forecast of dynamics of thermokarst lake fields was carried out in West-Siberian permafrost taking into account the increase of the average annual air temperature till 2030 year.
