Abstract: The paper considers a number of common features of engineering systems, the technology, the usage of master plans for large industrial enterprises which use engineering networks. There are described the steps for creating and maintaining an electronic master plan, we propose the architecture of an electronic master plan of information system management, which presents information subsystem for managing large engineering infrastructures of industrial enterprises, as well as their functional composition is described.
