Annotation: The article considers the problem of portfolio management services for promotion software products of the customer to IT-market. The problem is to design business-processes with limited resources, cost minimizing and sales volume maximizing, observance of time limits and quality of services. As a result the functional model of portfolio management services has been created and the step-by-step implementation is offered.
