Abstract: The article describes the opportunities of applying a neurocontroller in electromechanical systems with a friction pair load where the problems of self-excited frictional oscillations exist. The main advantage of the autooscillations elimination method is the usage of both neuro- and classic controller. This method allows to focus on the stabilization or elimination of autooscillations in the mechanical part of an electric drive system. Also it considerably simplifies the neurocontroller synthesis.
