The Cluster Analysis as a Tool of Quality Management for the Sociology Questionnaire at the Enterprise

Annotation: On the basis of the satisfaction level analysis of the enterprise employees it is shown that the K-means cluster analysis with other nonparametric methods is very effective in sociological researches. It is offered to use clusterization as a first data estimation for the system analysis as well as to use some of other nonparametric methods for the analysis and control decisions directed to improvement of the enterprise activity.
