Abstract: There are given a mathematical model of an active four-port device for a wideband amplifier on a basis of provided forward coefficients, reflection coefficients and the structure of the combinatory feedback two-port. There is also given the structure circuit of the active four-port described by the active element with phaseforming and providing symmetry circuits at the input and output.
