Abstract: Work is devoted to a mathematical substantiation of proportions of « gold section «. Proceeding from properties of these proportions financial criteria for diagnostics of stability to crisis of the enterprises, criteria for an estimation of monopolistically position of firm in the market, a number of other criteria are corrected.
