Abstract: A design for a multilayer microfluidic cell has been developed to ensure uniform reagent delivery to a nanoporous solid-phase support. The channel topology is designed according to Mur-ray's law. The cell layers, containing channels and holes, are laser-marked on glass, and direct bonding modes between the glass surfaces are tested. Experiments confirmed uniform flow distribution and high cell efficiency.
