Annotation: Cyber-physical systems are increasingly being used in all industries. However, as the distribution of these systems grows, the number of attacks on them increases. The paper covers main cyber-physical systems building technologies, implemented security measures, advantages, disadvantages and vulnerabilities of such systems. The authors also provide a general approach to ensuring cyber-physical systems security.
