Abstract: The models of following modal filters were built: with an end-of coupling, with active and passive conductors on one side of the substrate and the support on the other, with the front bond. The matrix of linear capacitance and inductance, the difference between the delays of even and odd modes of the signal were calculated. The frequency responses of the modal filter was received. The possibility of changing of the difference sign in linear modes delays in the structure with active and passive conductor on one side of the substrate and the support on the other are found.
