Algorithm for decomposition of polynomials based on partitions

Annotation: In this paper we consider a problem of polynomials decomposition. We solve that problem by developing a special algorithm which relies on the formula that allows to find composition coefficients of generating functions. That formula is based on partition of a natural number.
