Pulse signal propagation in the meander line with nonhomogeneous dielectric filling without distortions of its waveform by crosstalk

Abstract: Conditions of pulse signal propagation in a turn of meander delay line without distortions of its waveform by crosstalk are formulated. Quasi-static simulation of meander line with covering dielectric layer is performed. Possible distortions and the reasons of their occurrence without one of the conditions are demonstrated.
