Abstract: The article explains the relevance and provides experience in creating systems for monitoring and notification of emergency situations in the regions of oil and gas development, based on a new generation of intelligent terminals, the integration of multichannel communications, means automatic interception of TV and radio signals for delivery teams and alert authorities, population, enterprises and organizations.
