Annotation: We considered wave propagation in multi-coupled stripline structures, tranforming to a three-wire and two-wire strip line type of «meander line, covered by solid stripes». It is shown that in such structures electromagnetic coupling between lines is significantly unbalanced, and the change of the boundary conditions leads to a considerable change (up to 5 times) the phase velocity of the traveling wave formed in the structure, while maintaining matching with external circuits in a wide frequency band. Relationships for calculating the equivalent primary parameters of stripe structures in the process of reduction them to the coupled three-wire, two-wire and single lines. We describe a practical realization of the discrete non-dispersive phase shifter based on a three-wire coupled line, experimental research was confirmed the analysis.
