The parameters of the plasma generated by an electron beam in a fore-vacuum pressure range

Annotation: This paper contains the mathematical model and the experimental data of the quasi-neutral plasma density and plasma potential radial distribution. Plasma was generated by the electron beam accelerated to 10 keV in a forevacuum pressure range. The simulation result adequately describes the experimental data.
