Annotation: This paper presents the problem of Human resources forecasting method which is based on the cluster analysis and neural networks. The specific factors, which strongly effect the forecasting results are determined for every economic activity. The comparative analysis of classical and designed methods was made and the efficiency of the proposed method was shown.
