Abstract: For correct operation of the SAW filter requires a high level of feedthrough suppression between the signal pads in the layout. It can be provided without additional structural elements, only by selecting suitable materials and dimensions of the PCB. The paper shows how using the simulation can evaluate the level of feedthrough suppression. It is shown that in the simulation must consider pads connected to the package.
