Abstract: The approach for remote detection of objects with non-linear properties is proposed. The approach investigates the combinations of nonlinear scattering of ultra-wideband test signals with small and large base. A model of an experimental setup to evaluate the efficiency of the proposed approach was designed. The efficiency is demonstrated on a special case where the proposed approach showed better sensitivity to nonlinear transformation products (more than 20 times) at a lesser energy test exposure (17.5-fold) compared to the classical single-frequency approach. The simulation results suggest promising applications of the proposed approach to problems of nonlinear radiolocation.
