Digitalization of Metal Structures Production

Abstract: The paper discusses the principles of designing and implement-ing the "SZMK" software complex, developed for the digitaliza-tion of the business process of metal structure production. An architectural solution is proposed that provides end-to-end digi-tal support of project documentation at all stages of the life cycle – from 3D modeling to archiving, transfer to production, and synchronization with the ERP system. The implemented mod-ules are described, including tools for model verification, draw-ing routing, automatic identification, and visualization of prod-uct readiness. Special attention is paid to the mechanism of project element unification, aimed at reducing duplication and standardizing design solutions. An analysis is carried out of the system’s functionality and its role in forming a unified infor-mation space of the enterprise. The presented solutions demon-strate the effectiveness of digital transformation of project in-formation management processes in real production conditions.
