Digitalization of Metal Structures Production

Abstract: The paper discusses the principles of designing and implementing the "SZMK" software complex, developed for the digitaliza-tion of the business process of metal structure production. An architectural solution is proposed that provides end-to-end digital support of project documentation at all stages of the life cycle – from 3D modeling to archiving, transfer to production, and synchronization with the ERP system. The implemented modules are described, including tools for model verification, drawing routing, automatic identification, and visualization of product readiness. Special attention is paid to the mechanism of project element unification, aimed at reducing duplication and standardizing design solutions. An analysis is carried out of the system’s functionality and its role in forming a unified information space of the enterprise. The presented solutions demonstrate the effectiveness of digital transformation of project information management processes in real production conditions.
