Second harmonic generation device of laser radiation based on high- resistive periodically poled KTiOPO 4 crystal

Abstract: The results of the work that consisted to form a periodically poled structure in KTP crystals and to investigate the device for second harmonic generation of laser radiation with a wavelength of 1064 nm in the crystal elements based on highresistive periodically poled KTP crystals, are presented.
