Abstract: The work presents an overview of promising Electric Power Supply Systems (EPSS) of Remotely Operated Underwater Vehicles (ROUV), created in the Research Institute of Automation and Electromechanics since the moment the Institute was founded to the present day. The examples of modern EPSS for ROUV with a maximum depth of immersion up to 6000 m are given. The putting into operation issues and the usage of EPSS for ROUV as essential constituents of the newest ships within the Russian Navy are also considered herein.
