Annotation: We review and analyze the research and development results of the Research Institute of Electrical Communications Systems and JSC «NPF «Micran» obtained during the implementation of complex projects under the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 218 in 2010–2015 years. The results of development and production are given in the direction of the element base, controlled and passive devices, radars, microwave measurement equipment.
