Determining temperature dependence of electrical and light parameters for led elements in a general purpose lamp

Abstract: The paper presents the results for experimental studies of the temperature dependence of the emission spectrum, brightness, and colorimetric characteristics. The thermal resistance value is determined for the LED emitting element. It is determined that with a change in ambient temperature of 85 oС, the value of the forward voltage on the element is reduced by an average of 3 V, the brightness is reduced by 11%.
