Forming matrix of sparse code multiple access

Annotation: In the article are considered the telecommunication system with sparse code multiple access on physical layer. The algorithm to generate sparse matrix, which forming codebook is described. Basic parameters of matrix, that influence to performance of telecommunication system are considered. It was shown that the sparse code multiple access excels the other methods in the channel with a white Gaussian noise
