Abstract: In the article results of studies of vegetative components of orienting reflex of man are present. With using the methods of multivariate statistics possibility of evaluation of orienting-research and defensive reactions in shaping an answer to sound stimulus is research. The influences of particularities of temperament, functional asymmetry and vegetative regulation on the nature of orienting reflex are considered.
