Abstract: In an article descri ption of the program intended for calculation of an atmosphere emission radiation on horizontal path with the help of the scanning passive Fourier-spectrometer is resulted. The emission spectrum contains the information about atmospheric gases and presence of sources of polluting gases an atmosphere as with the increased temperature (a source of industrial emissions, etc.), and with the increased concentrations of gas. The program is developed for education-research goals.
