Abstract: In the paper we offer a method for efficiency estimation of implementation of long-term target programs on the basis of fuzzy-set theory. The Gaussian function is used in the model of estimation of performance of efficiency indicators as membership function. We offer to use an integrated indicator for efficiency estimation of the performance of long-term target program.
