Abstract: The article provides the analysis results of modern open technologies and software tools used for analysis and visualization of seismic information. The area of research is characterized by a large amount of multi-format data available via free access, which makes it possible to efficiently use computer methods to process it. For computer processing of seismic information, the authors have designed and developed a software complex that includes modules for data collection from public web services, their processing and visualization using open technologies and tools for solving a number of seismic monitoring tasks. The proposed solution can be implemented as a part of an information system for managing the processes and information flows of organizations engaged in seismic monitoring.
