Resonant DC-DC Converter with Code-pulse control

Abstract: Characteristics of DC-DC voltage converters with code-pulse regulation are considered. The transformerless resonant converter topology with one-pole code-pulse regulation, that implement regulation by half-wave resonance current, is proposed. Resonant circuit current amplitude dependence by regulation accuracy is established. Analysis method based on an equivalent circuit of a DC-DC buck converter is proposed. It is shown that accuracy increase leads to a rise of an amplitude of resonant circuit current.
