Impregnation of electrical machine windings with magnetodisc parametric composite containing ultrafine nickel-zinc filler

Annotation: The results of the study on impregnation of the windings with a compound containing ultrafine Nickel-zinc filler are de- scribed. A comparative analysis of the quality of traditional impregnating compound KP-34, with the impregnating compound KP-34 with Nickel-zinc ultrafine filler is carried out. The assessment of the quality of the impregnation was performed by the impregnation ratio showing the degree of saturation of the cavities winding with impregnating composition. A complete factorial experiment was used.
