Self-organizing network for operational information cooperation for the needs of the population and special purposes

Abstract: The possibility of organizing a system of information exchange in the areas affected by the devastating impact of man-made or natural factors, using self-organizing networks. The proposed complex consist of the information environment hardware that is based on technology Wireless Mesh IEEE 802.11s and the information and communication portals that serve as the collaborative services and alert.
