On problem of user identification reliability for remote electronic interaction

Abstract: The problem of reliability examination of user identification in remote electronic interaction is considered. An identification errors detection technique is developed. The necessity of use of biometric identification methods for lowering identification errors rate is shown. The task of modification of regulatory framework for user identification in remote electronic interaction is justified.
