Abstract: In this paper means of committing computer crimes were investigated dealing with criminalistics. Autor made classification for their different criteria: legal emergence; development; technical content; technology use; stages of the crime. Typing information about means of committing computer crimes makes correlation between the established circumstances and evidence in the criminal cases. It can raise the effectiveness of the investigation of such crimes.
