Abstract: One of the most dangerous channels of the leakage of information with restricted access, on-cultivated PC channel is the leakage arising from side within the compromising electromagnetic emanations video PC. In the article development of a mathematical model for discovering compromising electromagnetic emanations video PC optimal receiver and instrumental calculation method for evaluation of power interception compromising electromagnetic emanations means of intelligence. Developed the mathematical model takes into account the possibility of improving the signal to noise due to digital signal processing with the interception of multiple «frames» image.
