Abstract: The paper deals with the possibility of reducing the systematic inaccuracy in UWB current-voltage and capacitance-voltage characteristics measuring system by optimizing form of signal. Expected systematic inaccuracy was simulated, also causes of differences obtained pulse signal distortion were investigated.
