Abstract: In accordance with the guiding and methodological documents in the field of technical protection of information, a model was developed infrastructure, built with the use of virtualization technologies, which contains information of restricted access, not containing information constituting state secrets. Were defined the types of potential offenders security, the urgent threats, and develop a set of requirements for safety assessment of such infrastructure.
