Photodetector to research characteristics of semiconductor light sources in dynamic mode

Annotation: In the paper an element base is considered and structural schemes of research installation with dynamic mode of operation are presented. The possibility to increase time resolution of photodetectors based on CCD arrays by orders of magnitude is shown.
