Abstract: The approach allows to build the basis of membership functions of linguistic variables which characterize the growth in sales and earnings, to determine the form of the curve of the life cycle of educational services. To solve this problem, we use the frequency method of fuzzy sets. Also we developed a system of rules, which allows to reduce the effect of random fluctuations in growth of profits and sales in the final conclusions of an investigator.
